Katie has wanted to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints since as long as she or any of us can remember. For her, it's always just been a given. This picture was taken in the Winter Semester 2013 in her apartment in Provo. This map is one of her prized possessions and in this particular apartment hung on the wall in the kitchen. And so here she is wondering where oh where will she go when the call is issued? A willingness to serve a mission means a willingness to serve wherever one is called! Her papers were submitted in early February and she put her eligibility date for June 5.
